Investment Advisory Fees

Fees are based upon a percentage of the assets we manage. Any additional compensation received by us, including 12b-1 fees, reduces the fees that are charged to our clients. This fee reduction is part of our effort to maintain objectivity in our recommendations. Our goal is to ensure that our recommendations are not influenced by compensation incentives.

Fee Schedule (as of July 1, 2021):

  • 0.75% on the first $2,000,000 of assets under management
  • 0.55% on assets between $2,000,001 & $4,000,000
  • 0.35% on assets in excess of $4,000,000

Minimum Assets Required:

  • $2,000,000 -- Assets below the minimum may be accepted on a case-by-case basis with a negotiated fee.

Disclosure

We are compensated by a quarterly advisory fee and commissions/12b-1 fees (if any) and bill our clients in arrears. At the client’s request, we will recalculate the fee and execute another Investment Advisory Agreement as often as annually. We warrant that fees will not exceed the limits set forth in the Form ADV of Institutional Securities Corp. Please refer to Part II of Form ADV for a complete discussion of fees, potential conflicts of interest, etc. If a client or potential client does not have a current copy of the Form ADV, we will provide a copy to him or her upon request.
